He’s experienced in manufacturing, media, and hospitality. As a Certified Supply Chain Professional, he brings a global perspective to helping small businesses thrive. Joan Neeno

Joan Neeno has more than 30 years of writing, public relations and marketing experience. She was a Senior Account Executive/Partner at Hiebing, the largest marketing agency in Madison, and Marketing Director of St. Mary’s Janesville Hospital. Her clients have included multi-nationals like Nestlé Nutrition, Promega and Orkin as well as small businesses such as Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier and NetTech. She takes particular joy in helping small businesses develop and effectively share their stories.

Hannah Smithson

Hannah has 10+ years of experience across multiple areas, with a focus on media and digital advertising. She has worked with a variety of high profile clients, most recently Disney, on the Theatrical, Disney+ and Home Entertainment lines of business. She has a passion for helping creative people engage with technology that has the power to bring their ideas to life.
